I'm Dee Mani-Mitchell, in March 2017, after discovering a lump that literally appeared overnight and following a succession of tests (mammogram, ultrasound, and biopsy), I was diagnosed with grade 3 Triple Negative breast cancer, deemed the most aggressive type of breast cancer.
My oncologist expected me to have a year's worth of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Still, after extensive research, I refused conventional treatment as this toxic medicine failed to keep my sister alive a few years previous. Instead, following a lumpectomy, I opted to self-heal naturally using a combination of diet, nutrition, essential oils, supplements, detox salt baths, meditation, and full extract cannabis oil (FECO). Healing not only the body, but the mind and soul too.
Consequently, my oncologist offered me no cancer support.
Five months after diagnosis and four months following my natural protocol, I was declared all clear, with no evidence of disease (NED).
I then wrote and self-published a book detailing my journey to help inspire other people suffering with cancer into alternative medicine. The book, which became an Amazon bestseller, took me onto a bigger journey of becoming a cannabis and better health advocate.
I also write articles for some of the best Medical Marijuana publications worldwide. In addition, many health advocates have interviewed me on different platforms, and I have given educational health talks at retreats and conferences. After many years on studying the sacred plant, I truly believe that most illnesses and diseases are caused by an endocannabinoid deficiency and I'm on a quest to help educate people of the fantastic benefits of the plant, by helping breakdown stigmas that are still rife in today's society.
I have also co-written two other Amazon best-selling health books. I'm a columnist for two medical marijuana publications alongside mentoring other cancer sufferers within a private support group.
I have also developed my own range of CBD oils, skincare and wellness products which can be found at the below link.
